Atty. Williamore focuses his practice in the field of taxation, business, and corporate law, which was fortified by almost three decades of experience as a tax practitioner.  He started his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Ernst & Young International, the Philippines under the supervision of the late Atty. Victorino C. Mamalateo, CPA, who was then the head of the Taxation Division for Punongbayan & Araullo, CPA in 1995.

On the more traditional side, Atty. Williamore has gained extensive experience in complex tax, commercial, and business cases having worked as part of the management team for AMC & Associates CPAs as well as with Atty. Wenceslao “Mayor Peewee” Trinidad Law Office as one of its partners.

Atty. Williamore graduated at top of his class from the Lyceum University of the Philippines.  He also graduated ‘Cum Laude” from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in B.S. Accountancy in 1995.  During the same year, he passed the CPA Board Exams and was awarded the Gold Medal for Leadership and Academic Excellence from Ernst and Young Philippines.  Likewise, he also passed the Licensure Board Exam for Real Estate Brokers supervised by the Professional Regulations Commission, and has since been engaged in the practice of Real Estate and Property Law as well.

Atty. Williamore provides legal advice on several taxation issues, including tax planning and management for several high-profile clients. He also renders tax advice on TRAIN Law applications, employee benefits, tax amnesty applications, as well as customs laws, and local government taxation laws. He represents clients in tax litigation, involving administrative protests and claims for a refund before the appropriate authorities and courts. He also provides counseling on corporate and investment law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and other business combinations.
