Atty. Vanessa Siena was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santo Tomas in the same year. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of the Philippines, with a major in Economics and a minor in Political Science.
Prior to entering law school, she worked as a Legal Assistant at a specialized corporate law firm based in Bonifacio Global City, where she gained early exposure to litigation and corporate practice.
After completing the Bar Examinations, Atty. Siena joined SyCip Gorres Velayo and Co. as a Senior Associate, where she focused on tax and corporate practice. In this role, she assisted clients in BIR audits and conducted tax studies to support business decisions resulting in significant tax cost savings. She likewise provided business tax services to multinational clients and assisted in corporate registration and related compliance matters.
At present, Atty. Siena seeks to further strengthen her expertise in corporate and taxation law, while also broadening her experience in civil and criminal litigation as well as labor disputes.
