Criminal Litigation has been the pillar and highlight of the Firm’s services.
Track record in civil litigation that includes the diverse aspects of civil law.
Parada Rivera Evardone & Salalima Attorneys-at-Law (FIRM) is a conglomeration of legal practitioners who, through years of unwavering dedication, passion, and continuous legal studies, have become highly knowledgeable in their respective fields. It is through this collection of diverse skills and experience that gave rise to the Firm’s distinctive ability to be engaged in both the general and specialized practice of law. The firm prides itself in being a “one-stop-shop” for all the legal needs of its domestic and foreign clients.
One of the most challenging tasks that I have been asked to do as the Firm’s Managing Partner is to provide a brief description of who we are and what we do. The difficulty lies in the diverse and unique backgrounds of each of our lawyers and their respective fields of expertise. Some would even say that such diversity is our weakness. On the contrary, however, it is my belief that it is from this synergy of diverse skills and competencies that our Firm distinguishes itself from the rest.
We pride ourselves in never providing our clients with generic advice nor simple textbook answers. On the contrary, we exert relentless efforts and ingenuity to provide our clients with tailor-fitted solutions to their current predicament. More than this, we partner with our clients in charting a new course of action that would not only forestall the occurrence of the same problems but would likewise allow their interests to flourish. We are able to do this only because of the level of experience and expertise of our team that spans across all areas of the law.
Here at PRES LAW, we follow the philosophy that our client’s rights, liberty, and/or interest must be protected at all costs. In pursuit of this philosophy, we unconditionally advocate for their rights and therefore take no notice of their past nor of the charges brought against them. Rather, with unyielding focus, we prepare all possible legal defenses available to them. And with our masterful execution, we ensure that their current legal problems are soon forgotten.
In the same vein, we persevere to be relentless in our pursuit of justice with an eye upon the goals of our clients to ensure that their rights are not only protected but are duly enforced. To this end, we have placed at our client’s disposal a team of lawyers who through years of practice in litigation, mediation, and arbitration are able to ensure prosecution of justified claims.
It is upon our steadfast commitment to the foregoing that strangers who have become our clients, no longer view us as merely their “legal retainers and/or lawyers”, but rather has come to look upon us as their trusted legal partners.
